It was the combined effort of an RMT and physiotherapist that released her from her pain and nursed her back to good health. She combines the use of Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Therapy, Joint Mobilizations and Acupressure to successfully treat a variety of conditions. Always looking for a challenge, she enjoys using various modalities and sports specific massage to attack what causes you pain and inhibits you from being your best. Experienced in Swedish massage, Laura is able to help with pain management from pregnancy, to birth, throughout life and into palliative care. She continues her training with a focus on utilizing her skills to assist Oncology patients manage their discomfort both during and post Cancer treatment and to help support their mental health and wellbeing throughout. About

How I Can
Help You

The very best way I can be of help to you is by giving the tools to help yourself. Once I have a full understanding of what your goals are, we will work towards them together. Goals can be anything from pain management of a chronic condition, to just keeping your muscles relaxed on a daily basis. There are those who chose to set broader goals such as general better health, or specific needs like increasing range of motion in their shoulder joint. While working together I will add exercises, stretches, and homecare ideas to help you reach your goal as quickly as possible.
